Chocolate Coconut Protein Balls

Coconut and chocolate protein balls; healthy and packed with protein, satisfying that sweet tooth craving!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of oats

  • 1/3 cup of desiccated coconut 

  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder 

  • 3 tbsp of peanut butter 

  • 1/2 cup of chocolate protein powder 

  • 2 tbsp of honey

  • 1/3 cup of oat milk (or milk of your choice)

Directions

  • Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. 

  • In a bowl mix your oats, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder and protein powder.

  • Next add your peanut butter, honey and oat milk. Mix unto you get a thick consistency where you're able to form them into balls.

  • Divide the mixture into 10-12 and form the balls using your hands. 

  • In a separate bowl add your extra desiccated coconut and coat each ball with the coconut, then place them on the baking tray. 

  • Place them in the freezer for 30min and enjoy! Store them in the fridge to keep them fresh and will last a week.
