How to make these sweet and healthy chocolate protein balls!
Chocolate Coconut Protein Balls

grams (per ball)Coconut and chocolate protein balls; healthy and packed with protein, satisfying that sweet tooth craving!
Ingredients
1/2 cup of oats
1/3 cup of desiccated coconut
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
3 tbsp of peanut butter
1/2 cup of chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp of honey
1/3 cup of oat milk (or milk of your choice)
Directions
Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl mix your oats, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder and protein powder.
Next add your peanut butter, honey and oat milk. Mix unto you get a thick consistency where you're able to form them into balls.
Divide the mixture into 10-12 and form the balls using your hands.
In a separate bowl add your extra desiccated coconut and coat each ball with the coconut, then place them on the baking tray.
Place them in the freezer for 30min and enjoy! Store them in the fridge to keep them fresh and will last a week.
